Getting a slow cooker has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I use mine all the time, and it has been a lifesaver!

I used to skip meals and get takeout every other day, simply because I was too busy to cook a healthy Keto meal. But I have been able to maintain my diet and enjoy mouthwatering, homemade Keto crockpot meals ever since I got one.  And these handy devices are cheap to buy as well.

All you need to do is throw the ingredients in the slow cooker, set it, and forget it!

  • Choose the right size for your crockpot, or adjust the recipe accordingly. You shouldn’t over or under fill the slow cooker. Filling it about ¾ is perfect.
  • Seriously - set it and forget it! Don’t check on it constantly. Every time you open the lid, you’ll let out heat and those precious aromas.
  • Choose Low over High - the slower it cooks, the tastier it gets!
  • Use room temperature meats. You can sear the meat on all sides first, if you’d like, but it’s not necessary.
