A chicken soup that’s as easy as it is quick.


  • 1 whole chicken, with skin on
  • 5 ribs celery, chopped
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons (6 g) Italian seasoning
  • 2 liters (8 cups) water
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 g) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley (4 g), chopped (for garnish when serving)


  1. Place everything (except for the parsley) into the Instant Pot.
  2. Set Instant Pot on manual, high pressure for 25 minutes.
  3. Carefully release the pressure and enjoy.
