Description
A chicken soup that’s as easy as it is quick.
Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, with skin on
- 5 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tablespoons (6 g) Italian seasoning
- 2 liters (8 cups) water
- 2 Tablespoons (30 g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley (4 g), chopped (for garnish when serving)
Instructions
- Place everything (except for the parsley) into the Instant Pot.
- Set Instant Pot on manual, high pressure for 25 minutes.
- Carefully release the pressure and enjoy.
