20 Blissful Keto Brownie Recipes https://ketosummit.com/keto-brownie-recipes

Brownies were originally found in the US which is not fair because those of us from elsewhere have been missing out! Nevertheless, with this list of Keto Brownies, now is the time for us to catch up!

I have included recipes using avocado for extra fudginess, traditional Texas sheet cake brownies which are more cake than fudge, and brownies cooked in a mug for a speedy treat, but I recommend you give some of these a try as even the non-keto members of the household will enjoy them.

And if you can handle dairy, this recipe is sure to delight everyone in the family:

While we recommend stevia over artificial sweeteners, some of the recipes below do use a variety of other low carb sweeteners (like sugar alcohols). Feel free to modify the recipes to use your favorite sweetener. We prefer stevia as it typically does not cause any digestive issues or gut bacteria problems.

Here are just a few of the Keto Brownie Recipes we’ve included:

Chocolate Ketogenic Brownies

Keto Fudge Brownie Bites

– Keto Summit

Keto Fudge Brownie Bites #recipe https://ketosummit.com/keto-fudge-brownie-bites

Ingredients: almond flour, ghee, erythritol, unsweetened cacao powder, eggs, vanilla extract, salt.

Now that I have a recipe for Keto fudge brownie bites I feel like I have reached a whole new level.

Keto Chocolate Brownies

– Keto Summit

Keto Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients: coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, almond flour, cacao powder, coconut cream, Swerve confectioner’s sweetener or stevia.

The brownies in this recipe are slightly denser than some, giving them a fudgy texture which is extra yummy! Don’t be tempted to cook these for too long as they will continue to set as they cool. I often find that healthier brownies are a great way to treat the family as they don’t realize that what they are eating is actually keto!

Keto Paleo Fiber Brownies

– The Nourished Caveman

Ingredients: unsweetened shredded coconut, chia seeds, egg, unsweetened baking chocolate, coconut oil, Lakanto or Swerve, fresh raspberries.

We all know how important it is to get enough fiber in our daily diet, so this recipe gives you the chance to make sure the whole family’s systems are working. After all, who doesn’t like raspberries and chocolate! Brownies are a great favorite with many kids too, and these ones would make a lovely treat or an occasional lunchbox extra.

Decadent Dark Chocolate Mocha Brownies

– Loved by the King

Ingredients: dark chocolate, coconut oil, stevia, Da Vinci’s sugar-free Kahlua flavoring, unsweetened cocoa powder, eggs, liquid egg whites.

This recipe gives you brownies that are lighter, thanks to the eggs, and are not designed to be as fudgy as some, but they taste delicious served as they are or with your favorite ketogenic ice cream as a special treat! This recipe makes 12 brownies and any leftovers can be stored for a couple of days in an airtight container, although this would never happen in our house!

Sugar-Free Gluten-Free Brownies

– Drop The Sugar

Ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, salt, baking powder, dark chocolate cocoa powder, Swerve sweetener, stevia, vanilla extract, butter, Hershey’s sugar-free chocolate chips or Lily’s chocolate chips.

If you are really craving a fudgy chocolate brownie but don’t want to risk all the extra sugars, then why not give these a try! You will not notice the fact that they are sugar-free. The brownies in this recipe were cooked in a brownie tin which is why they have come out as individual pieces, but you can just use a normal baking tray and cut them once they are cooled.

If you haven’t used coconut flour before, it’s a great substitute for regular wheat flour, but needs to be used a little differently. Registered Nurse Kate Doubler, RN says, “CIt is very absorbent and recipes containing coconut flour have a different ratio of wet to dry ingredients, so you cannot use it as a 1:1 replacement for regular flour in your favorite recipes.”  For this reason, you’ll want to follow recipes (like this one!) that were made with coconut flour in mind.

Almond Fudge Keto Brownies

– Low Carb Yum

Ingredients: almond butter, cup powdered erythritol, eggs, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder

If you have friends coming around for coffee, just imagine how pleased and impressed they would be to know that you had taken the trouble to make brownies for them! These ones are dense and fudgy and are a lovely treat for the whole family. Like most brownie recipes, it is a good idea to taste the mixture of sweetness before baking so you can adjust it if necessary.

Chocolate Brownies (Almond Flour)

– The Big Man’s World

Ingredients: almond flour, butter, cocoa powder, keto chocolate chips, baking powder, erythritol, and eggs.

These wonderful chocolate brownies look and taste just like the ones we used to make and are fudgy and sweet and packed with chocolate flavor! These only take a few minutes to prepare, so would be great to whip up if someone was dropping by for a coffee. If you want to impress even more you could decorate these with some little chocolate chips or some curls made by dragging a knife over the chocolate bar.

Keto Brownies

– Keto Connect

Ingredients: coco powder, coconut flour, eggs, butter, erythritol, vanilla, salt, chocolate.

These brownies use coconut flour which can leave some products quite dry, but if you follow this recipe exactly you will end up with rich and dense brownies that the whole family can enjoy. These brownies would be ideal served with a cup of coffee, or used as a dessert on their own or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream.

With a little bit of substitution, even the most decadent desserts can be made Keto-friendly. Take this Keto brownie ice cream for example.

Keto Sundae Brownie Recipe with Vanilla Ice Cream

– Keto Summit

Keto Sundae Brownie Recipe with Vanilla Ice Cream #keto https://ketosummit.com/keto-sundae-brownie-recipe

Ingredients: eggs, unsweetened almond milk, erythritol, stevia, vanilla extract, coconut cream from can of coconut milk, salt, brownie trimmings, dark chocolate, avocado oil, walnuts.

The next time you really want to WOW your friends and family, make them this incredible Keto sundae brownie.

Low Carb Fudgy Avocado Brownies

– Sweet as Honey

Ingredients: unsweetened dark chocolate bites, virgin coconut oil, ripe avocado, eggs, erythritol, almond meal, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, vanilla extract, pecan nuts.

These brownies look so good that they would make the perfect present for a friend or as your contribution to a pot-luck dinner party! If you use the salted glaze it gives a wonderful taste contrast to the rich and chocolatey brownie and this is made even better with the crunch of the pecan nuts as well. Overall, these are luxurious and so decadent. Enjoy!

Flourless Avocado Brownies

– The Castaway Kitchen

Ingredients: ghee, unsweetened almond butter, baking soda, salt, Swerve, cacao powder, vanilla extract, cacao nib, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds.

Here is another recipe that uses avocado to increase the fudgy quality of the brownies, but don’t worry, you can’t taste the avocado! These have a firm crust and a soft and indulgently rich center. You can top these with extra chocolate chips if you want to increase the chocolate flavor. Store in an airtight container but not in the fridge as this makes them go hard.

Paleo Chocolate Coconut Brownies

– The Fit Habit

Ingredients: dark bakers chocolate, coconut oil, avocados, shredded coconut, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla or chocolate extract, coconut flour, eggs, baking powder, sea salt, stevia.

This is a gluten-free recipe that is also sugar-free and the avocado gives these a creamier texture. We all know how good chocolate and coconut taste together, but if you don’t like coconut, just leave it out! Also if you have an intolerance to avocado, you can try using pumpkin puree instead, which gives roughly the same outcome.

Grasshopper Brownies

– All Day I Dream About Food

Ingredients: almond flour, liquid stevia extract, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, butter, unsweetened chocolate, eggs, vanilla extract, water, Kite Hill almond milk cream cheese, powdered Swerve Sweetener, matcha green tea powder, peppermint extract, sugar-free dark chocolate.

I am a great believer that if food looks good it will taste good too, and these brownies look amazing! With their vibrant green stripe of minty flavor, these would taste fabulous along with a cup of your favorite coffee as a dessert, but they would also make a lovely gift for a host. These brownies are low-carb, so would be the perfect treat if you are watching your carb intake.

Low Carb Chocolate Berry Brownie

– Ditch the Carbs

20 Blissful Keto Brownie Recipes

Ingredients: butter, stevia, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla, desiccated/shredded coconut, almond meal/flour, baking powder, berries of choice.

This recipe gives you more of a cake texture, but with hidden bursts of juice from the berries, which is amazing! The ideal ones to use are blueberries, but feel free to use others. If you want a dessert without the fruit you could use chocolate chips instead and this gives you little-hidden pockets of chocolate flavor throughout the brownie.

Mom’s Texas Brownies

– Beauty and the Foodie

20 Blissful Keto Brownie Recipes

Ingredients: coconut flour, erythritol, butter ghee, coffee, cocoa powder, eggs, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla extract, baking soda.

Texas Brownies are supposed to be more like cake and less gooey than others, and paired with the chocolate frosting they are delicious! These are a great way to get the children involved in baking, so you can let them help and they will be more than happy to try the results! As a slant on the original, you could also add macadamia nuts or cinnamon to boost the flavor.

Ultimate Keto Chocolate Brownies

– Keto Diet Blog

Ingredients: dark chocolate, butter, eggs, avocado, coconut milk, stevia extract, almond flour, coconut flour, cacao powder unsweetened, powdered Erythritol, baking powder, salt.

The brownies in this recipe are quite thick, so I would suggest cutting them into smaller pieces, but they are so good that you could just treat yourself and go for it! If you can leave them to cool, which can be difficult as they smell amazing, then they won’t be crumbly. If you like toppings on your brownies, then dust them with cocoa powder or cinnamon for an extra hit of flavor.

Best Fudgy Keto Brownies

– My Sweet Keto

Ingredients: almond flour, butter unsalted, dark chocolate, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, walnuts, salt.

Salt and chocolate are a match that some may think is weird, but once you try these you will be amazed! They are so good that even non-keto eaters will enjoy them and won’t know the difference. They have all the consistency and flavor of traditional brownies and can be topped with chopped nuts or simply sprinkled with a little more cocoa powder if you prefer.

Sugar-Free Flourless Chocolate Macadamia Brownies

– My Keto Kitchen

Ingredients: sugar-free chocolate chips, unsalted butter, erythritol, baking powder, eggs, macadamia nuts, toasted and roughly chopped.

If you like your brownies to have a really good hit of chocolate, then this is the recipe for you! They are soft, fudgy and packed with flavor and have the added texture from the toasted chopped nuts. These would look great with chopped nuts sprinkled over the top too, or if you don’t want to use them, just leave them out. These brownies are best left to cool completely before eating.

Keto Mug Brownies

Keto Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake

– Keto Summit

Keto Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake Ingredients: egg, almond flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, cacao powder, cinnamon powder, stevia, salt.

Mug cakes are the best form of portion control and are ideal if you are only making the treat for one or two people. This one has a light and spongy texture with a fudgy center and is enough to satisfy any sweet craving. If you have a less powerful microwave you might need to adjust the cooking time and, like all brownie recipes, you are best to taste the mix before cooking to see if you need to adjust for sweetness.

Low-carb microwave brownie

– TPH Keto Desserts

Ingredients: erythritol, almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder (unsweetened), butter, water, salt, vanilla flavoring, sugar-free chocolate chips.

This is another easy and quick cook-in-a-mug recipe for a speedy dessert that will satisfy any sweet tooth! I really recommend you use the coffee in this recipe as it adds a lovely note to the flavor, and be careful not to overcook or the brownie will be a bit on the dry side. This is another example of chocolate and salt going really well together, but if you are not keen just miss it out.

Paleo Avocado Brownie Mug Muffin

– Thriving on Paleo

Ingredients: avocado, egg yolk, olive oil, cocoa powder, liquid stevia, vanilla extract, almond flour, baking soda, salt, Dark chocolate chips.

Just imagine a healthy yet indulgent snack that you can get ready in under seven minutes! Who says baking takes ages!? These mug muffins are fudgy in the middle because of the avocado and have a lovely spongy texture. And don’t worry, there is definitely no avocado taste to these once they are cooked! Even the kids will enjoy them and could even be persuaded to help!
