A celebration is always complete with a few drinks, so why not kick of St Patrick’s Day with some copycat Irish Cream? This mock Baileys is so delish, you might end up drinking a whole jug to yourself (but don’t, hehe)!

Spinach Shamrock Latte

You may be surprised by the obscure mix of ingredients here, but this green drink really packs some punch. The spinach takes on all of the spice flavors really nicely and the drink ends up tasting a little like a herbal chai latte.

Matcha Latte

One of my favorite green drinks, a matcha latte. Matcha has calming effects but is also caffeinated, so you can get the best of both worlds while you prepare a St Paddy’s Day feast.

Ingredients: avocado, ice, spinach, peppermint oil/extract, stevia, cacao nibs.

This refreshing shake is filled with vitamins, healthy fats and loads of flavor, the peppermint extract and creamy texture go so well together. This would be a super morning power boost if you know you’ve got a busy March 17th ahead of you.
