Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
- 1 carrot (50 g), shredded or thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons (4 g) of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup (240 ml) mayo
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

- Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
