Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
  • 1 carrot (50 g), shredded or thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons (4 g) of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mayo
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a  bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
