Keto Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (120 ml) of Keto mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves (6 g), minced
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (2 g) of fresh-flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon (1 g) of chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the mayo, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, and chives in a blender or food processor. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Blend until combined well.
  4. Pour into a refrigerator-safe container and chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy with your favorite Keto bread!
