A quick dish perfect for any meal. Broccoli and beef star in the show of this delicious Keto recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb (8 oz or 225 g) broccoli florets
- 1/2 lb (8 oz or 225 g) beef steak, sliced thin
- 1/4 onion, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Easy Stir-Fry Sauce (or use gluten-free tamari sauce or coconut aminos)
- 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) avocado oil, divided, to cook with
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place 2 tablespoons of avocado oil into a skillet or saucepan on medium heat. Add the broccoli florets into the skillet and saute until slightly tender. Remove and place on a plate.
- Add 2 more tablespoons of avocado oil into the skillet and turn the heat to high.
- Add in the onion and beef slices and saute until the beef is browned. Add in the broccoli and the stir-fry sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
