Keto-Friendly Coffee Flavoured Pork Chops

Louise | January 27

If you don’t know how to cook your pork chops, this is an easy recipe to get you started. It will take you approximately 30 minutes to get it ready and it’s a perfect choice for a lovely Friday dinner.

As I said on other occasions, when cooking pork chops you have to keep in mind the fact that seasoning is actually the most important part of your recipe. This condiment mix used here will increase your pork chop’s flavor to such a degree that you’ll think you’re dreaming.

Don’t forget to sit the meat with the mixture in the refrigerator overnight night to get the most out of this experience. If time does not allow you to do so, you can skip this step (I know I’m often in a hurry).

By frying the pork chops for 2-3 minutes and then putting them in the oven for another 10 minutes, you’ll make sure the chops get super tender and juicy while absorbing all the mouth-watering rub ingredients.
