Ingredients
- ½ cup (60 g) of walnuts
- ½ Tablespoon (8 ml) of Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons (24 g) of stevia
- ¼ teaspoon of dill
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) of olive oil
- 2 Salmon fillets (3 oz or 85 g each)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the walnuts, mustard, stevia, dill, salt, and pepper to a food processor and process until your desired consistency is achieved.
- Take a frying pan and place it over medium heat.
- Add the olive oil to the pan and let it heat up.
- Add the salmon to the pan and sear for 3 minutes on each side.
- Add the walnut mix and coat the salmon well.
- Transfer the coated salmon to a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
