Ingredients
- 1 cup (80 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut butter
- 1 Tablespoon (6 g) turmeric powder
- Stevia or erythritol, to taste
Instructions
- Melt the coconut butter slightly.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Adjust the ingredients so that it fits your tastes and the mixture isn’t too crumbly. Add in some coconut oil if needed.
- Pack into ice cube trays or other molds and set in the freezer for 2 hours.
