Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180 ml) of water
- Few sprigs of parsley, basil, tarragon, basil
- 1 lb (450 g) of salmon (with skin on)
- 3 teaspoons (15 ml) of ghee
- ¼ teaspoon (1) of salt
- ½ teaspoon (0.5 g) of pepper
- ½ lemon (29 g), thinly sliced
- 1 carrot (50 g), julienned
Instructions
- Set your pot to Saute mode and add the water and herbs.
- Place a steamer rack inside your pot and place the salmon on it.
- Drizzle the ghee on top of the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the salmon with lemon slices.
- Lock up the lid and cook on HIGH pressure for 3 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally for over 10 minutes.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving platter.
- Set your pot to Saute mode and add the carrot. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
