Description

Turmeric gives cauliflower a flavor and antioxidant boost.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) ghee, melted
  • 1 Tablespoons (6 g) turmeric powder
  • Dash of salt and pepper (add more after cooking, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
  2. Combine the cauliflower florets with the ghee, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking tray and spread the cauliflower florets across the tray. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes.
