Ingredients

  • 2 cups of shredded red cabbage (approx 1/4 head of cabbage)
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of mustard
