We snuck extra fiber into our smoothie by blitzing creamy avocado in with raspberries.
1/4 cup (30 g) of fresh raspberries
1/4 avocado (30 g), cut into chunks
2 scoops (26 g) of CoBionic Foundation
1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
1 cup (240 ml) of cold water, plus additional if needed
- Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender and divide the smoothie between two glasses. (If the smoothie is too thick, add additional cold water until it is thin to your liking.)
