Ingredients
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup (30 g) of almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) of baking powder
- 2 Tablespoons (60 ml) ghee
- 1 Tablespoon (6 g) cinnamon powder
- Dash of ground nutmeg
- Dash of ground ginger
- Dash of allspice
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon (12 g) erythritol
- Dash of stevia
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a microwaveable mug.
- Cook for 90 seconds in the microwave on high, then remove and eat straight out of the mug, or simply tip the muffin out onto a plate.
