Description
A buttery matcha bread.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ghee, melted but not too hot
- 3 Tablespoons (18 g) matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) baking soda
- 2 cups (240 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (28 g) flaxmeal
- Dash of stevia
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, ghee, and vanilla extract.
- Combine everything together and pour into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
