Description

A 4 ingredient summertime treat


Ingredients

  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 Cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons (24 g) erythritol
  • 2 Cups (480 ml) water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a small pan and heat up gently. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, pour into 6 popsicle molds (3.5oz / 100g capacity each) and place inthe freezer until frozen solid.
