Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon (3 g) of rosemary, fresh and chopped
- 3 garlic cloves (9 g), minced
- ¼ cup (4 g) mint, fresh and chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of olive oil
- 4 lamb rib chops (440 g)
Instructions
- Add the rosemary, garlic, mint, and olive oil into a bowl. Mix well.
- Keep a tablespoon of the mixture on the side for later use.
- Toss the lamb chops into the marinade, letting them marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take a cast iron skillet and place it over medium-high heat.
- Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the lamb rest for a few minutes and drizzle the remaining marinade.
- Serve and enjoy!
