Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon (3 g) of rosemary, fresh and chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves (9 g), minced
  • ¼ cup (4 g) mint, fresh and chopped
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) of olive oil
  • 4 lamb rib chops (440 g)

Instructions

  • Add the rosemary, garlic, mint, and olive oil into a bowl. Mix well.
  • Keep a tablespoon of the mixture on the side for later use.
  • Toss the lamb chops into the marinade, letting them marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Take a cast iron skillet and place it over medium-high heat.
  • Add the lamb chops to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • Let the lamb rest for a few minutes and drizzle the remaining marinade.
  • Serve and enjoy!
