Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 ml) of hot pepper sauce
- ½ cup (120 ml) of melted ghee
- ½ Tablespoon (2 g) of dried oregano
- ½ Tablespoon (4 g) of onion powder
- 2 teaspoons (6 g) of garlic powder
- 5 lbs (2250 g) chicken wings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the hot sauce, ghee, oregano, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat completely.
- Pour the mix into a Slow Cooker and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
