- 1/2 cup (120 ml) ghee, melted
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 3/4 cup (72 g) unsweetened cacao powder
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour into muffin cups.
- Bake for 13 minutes for a soft fudge-like texture.
- Bake for longer for a cake-like texture.
