Ingredients
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup of almond flour (30 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder (1 g)
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract (1 ml)
- 1.5 Tablespoons of cacao powder (9 g)
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (2 g)
- Stevia, to taste
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a mug.
- Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave on high, then remove and eat straight out of the mug, or simply tip the muffin out onto a plate. Utter decadence!
