Ingredients
- 4 cups (960 ml) of chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon (3 ml) of coconut aminos
- ¼ cup (25 g) of green onions, sliced small
- ½ cup (60 g) of green beans, sliced small
- ½ cup (70 g) of cooked chicken breast, boneless, and skinless, shredded
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Add the chicken broth and coconut aminos to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring the mix to a boil and add the green onions, green beans, and chicken.
- Stir it and bring the mix to a boil once again.
- Remove the pan from heat and slowly drizzle in the egg.
- Set it aside for a few minutes.
- Stir and transfer the soup into serving bowls.
- Serve and enjoy!
