Ingredients
- ¼ cup (48 g) of chia seeds
- ½ cup (60 g) raspberries, fresh
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of liquid sweetener
- 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the vanilla, liquid sweetener, and coconut milk to a blender. Process until thick.
- Add in the raspberries and chia seeds and process until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between cups and chill for 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
