Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (600 g), broken into small florets
- 3 Tablespoons of coconut oil (45 ml), to cook with
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dry the cauliflower florets and food process them to form small rice-like particles.
- Add the coconut oil to a large frying pan and cook the cauliflower rice until slightly softened.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Enjoy as an easy side with curries, sautés, stews.
