Keto Cashew and Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (120 g) of almonds, blanched
  • 1/3 cup (40 g) of cashew nuts
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) of cinnamon 
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Bake the almonds and cashews for 12 minutes. Let them cool.
  3. Transfer them to a food processor and add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
