Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) of cabbage (Napa, red, green or mixed), chopped small
- 4 oz (113 g) of kale, chopped
- 1 cup (240 ml) of Keto mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon (2 g) of salt
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) of pepper
- garlic powder and dried dill, to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Add the listed ingredients to a bowl and mix well using a spatula.
- Serve immediately or chilled. (If the greens will be chilled longer, the mayonnaise can be added once ready to serve to keep the crunch.)
