Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) of cabbage (Napa, red, green or mixed), chopped small
  • 4 oz (113 g) of kale, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of Keto mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon (2 g) of salt
  • ½ teaspoon (1 g) of pepper
  • garlic powder and dried dill, to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the listed ingredients to a bowl and mix well using a spatula.
  2. Serve immediately or chilled. (If the greens will be chilled longer, the mayonnaise can be added once ready to serve to keep the crunch.)
