Description
These broccoli tots are crunchy and tender.
Ingredients
- 1 broccoli, broken into florets
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/2 cup (60 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (28 g) flax meal
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Keto ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Add 2 Tablespoons salt to a pot of water and bring to a boil. Add in the broccoli and parboil for 2 minutes.
- Drain well and chop the broccoli well.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until the mixture starts sticking together.
- Form small tots from the mixture and place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes until slightly browned.
- Dip into the ranch dressing.
