Description
A light and fresh salad that doesn’t skimp on umami.
Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of gluten-free tamari sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sesame oil (optional)
- Dash of hot sauce (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, diced
Instructions
- Use a potato peeler to make long wide strands from the cucumbers.
- Roll each slice up and place standing up on a plate.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tamari sauce, sesame oil, hot sauce, minced garlic, and diced green onions.
- Pour the sauce over the rolled up cucumbers and serve.
