Description
Tasty almond butter chicken saute is perfect any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced (or 4 boneless chicken thighs)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) almond butter
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon (30 ml) lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Mix together the marinade ingredients (almond butter, olive oil, lime juice, oregano, salt and pepper).
- Marinate the diced chicken for 1 hour.
- Pour the chicken and marinade into a frying pan on medium heat and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a salad.
