Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (220 g), sliced and then quartered
  • 2 Tablespoons of mayo (30 ml)
  • 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice (30 ml)
  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. To make the creamy cucumber salad, mix together (in a small bowl) the cucumber slices, mayo, and lemon juice.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
