Julianne Lenehan

Julianne has always believed in the power of physical movement, and it’s ability to shift our energy and mood. She was a ballerina from a very young age, which gave her a great sense of body awareness and a passion for proper alignment. She began dabbling in yoga 10 years ago, but became dedicated to a daily practice in 2013 when she moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand. It was there that she was able to study various styles of yoga and commit to a 200hr teaching certificate. Julianne is also a fully qualified birth doula, and works with families throughout pregnancy and postpartum. She currently lives in Boston, Massachusetts, where she is able to enjoy the natural beauty that the New England seasons have to offer.
