This meatless Keto pizza is perfect for Meatless Mondays.
Ingredients
For the keto pizza crust –
- 1/2 cup (60 g) almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons (14 g) flax meal
- 1 Tablespoon (2 g) nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoons (15 ml) olive oil
- 1 egg, whisked
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the pizza toppings –
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Keto pizza sauce
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) cashew butter
- 1 Tablespoon (2 g) nutritional yeast
- 6 basil leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
- Mix all the base ingredients together to form a dough. Roll out into a round flat pizza crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, carefully flipping the crust after 10 minutes.
- Mix the pizza sauce and cashew butter together. Spread on top of the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle chopped basil on top.
