Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, sliced thin
- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 12-ounce package of kelp noodles
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 Tablespoon coconut aminos or gluten free tamari sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Put the oil in a medium skillet along with the sliced pork and garlic. Cook the meat until browned.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and kelp noodles and stir.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, cover the skillet and cook for another 10 minutes.
