These Paleo and Keto layered peppermint patties are perfect for parties or for storing in your fridge as mini treats. Even though they were barely sweetened, they taste fantastic, and the black and white layers really stand out and make them look cute and delicious.

Next time you’re going to a party and want to bring some desserts to impress the guests with, try taking these gorgeous layered peppermint patties – you’ll feel like a skilled chef rather than a home cook with these!

If you’re not on a Keto diet, then you can also sweeten these fat bombs with 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey instead. Of course, if you’re sticking to a ketogenic diet then you’ll need to take those extra grams of carbs into account.

Just curious, being new to cocoa butter, would the peppermint be more like coconut – peppermint or does it not taste like coconut.

    Louise Hendon - May 21

Yes, it’ll taste a bit like coconut.

Deborah - May 22

Hi It doesn’t say how much coconut butter to use.

    Louise Hendon - May 22

Hi – it’s in the recipe at the bottom of the post.

Michelle - May 23

I can cope with the coconut oil, but could cocoa butter be substituted for coconut butter and could the shredded coconut be left out? I don’t like the taste of coconut.

Jody - May 23

I only yielded 14 not 24… Wonder why? I even have a 2 tsp spoon.

    Louise Hendon - May 24

It depends on how many layers you put in – 2 layers gets you around 24. More layers, fewer pieces.
