Description
This quick almond flour bread is the perfect quick dish.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup (35 g) almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2 g) baking powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 1/2 tablespoons (37 ml) ghee or coconut oil, warmed so it’s melted
- Italian seasoning or other herbs and spices, to taste
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Pour mixture into mug or microwaveable container.
- Microwave for 90 seconds on high (this time may vary depending on your microwave)
- Let cool, remove from mug, and slice into 4 slices.
- You can toast it or enjoy it as is.
