Ingredients
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/4 cup (30 g) almond flour
- 2 Tablespoons (14 g) coconut flour
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) ghee
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 g) of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon (12 g) erythritol + dash of stevia
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour the mixture into a microwaveable mug or cup and microwave on high power for around 90 seconds (the exact timing may differ).
