Description

Enjoy quick, tasty tacos without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, to cook with
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 Tablespoon (6 g) Keto taco seasoning, or to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • Small handful of chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice

Instructions

  1. Add the 2 Tablespoons of avocado oil to a large skillet or frying pan.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned on medium high heat. Add taco seasoning, to taste.
  3. Then add in the red onion, tomato, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Saute until the beef is cooked.  Then add in the chopped lettuce, avocado and squeeze in the lime juice.
