This Keto taco salad is perfect for your next lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 cup romaine lettuce or iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 tomato, diced
- 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 2 teaspoons (4 g) Keto taco seasoning, or to taste
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, to cook with
Instructions
- Add avocado oil to a large skillet or frying pan.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned on medium high heat. Add taco seasoning, to taste.
- Put together the salad with the lettuce at the bottom of a large bowl, and then piling on the avocado slices, onion, tomato, and ground beef. Â Squeeze lime over the salad and enjoy.
