Description

A spicy keto lunch option.


Ingredients

  • 1 beef steak (choose a fattier cut), chopped into small cubes
  • 2 chili peppers, diced and seeds removed (add more if you prefer it spicy)
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) avocado oil, to cook with
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) gluten-free tamari sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 large ripe avocado, halved and stone removed

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado oil to a frying pan on high heat and cook the steak cubes until done to your liking. Set aside.
  2. Then add the chili peppers and onions to the frying pan and cook until softened. Use more avocado oil if needed. Return the steak cubes to the frying pan and season with tamari sauce.
  3. Spoon the beef mixture over the avocado halves and serve.
