Description

Change things up from boring to special.


Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons bacon bits
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) mayo, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs.  Cool them by running them under cold water and then peel.
  2. Chop the eggs into small pieces.
  3. Toss with all the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
