Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) of olive oil, to cook with
- 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 2 14-oz (400 g) cans of diced tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoons of fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Stevia, to taste
Instructions
- Add olive oil to a large saucepan and saute the onions, bell pepper, and garlic until browned.
- Then add in the diced tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add in the basil leaves. Season with salt, pepper, and stevia, to taste.
