Description

A zippy side dish that works with many entrees


Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli, broken into florets
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 6 cloves of garlic, finely chopped or minced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
  2. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Spread out the coated broccoli florets onto a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the florets are tender.
