Few things beat the flavor of roasted bone marrow.
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Place the bones marrow side-up onto a deep baking tray. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy and most of the excess fat has rendered off.
- Season the marrow with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve by themselves as an appetizer or scoop out the marrow and spread on grilled steak.
