Few things beat the flavor of roasted bone marrow.



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
  2. Place the bones marrow side-up onto a deep baking tray. Place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy and most of the excess fat has rendered off.
  3. Season the marrow with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Serve by themselves as an appetizer or scoop out the marrow and spread on grilled steak.
