I love pork. It has been one of my favorite foods, since I was just a kid. That’s why I was so excited when I realized it is the perfect ingredient for Keto.

What Type Of Pork Can I Eat On Keto? 

Any kind! That’s one of the best things about pork; you have so many cuts to choose from, and they’re all great for different purposes:

1. Pork chops - I always fill my freezer when they’re on sale, so they’re easy on the budget.
