Mornings are the worst. There’s never enough time before you have to run out the door. Breakfast is often an afterthought.

You might feel differently if you knew your breakfast was doing more for you than providing a little energy. This Keto raspberry avocado smoothie recipe features a special anti-inflammatory gut-healing ingredient.

Why Gut Health Matters

Many people are confident that nothing is wrong with their digestive engine. Other than being a little puffy sometimes, it’s doing its job right?

Maybe.

Gut problems don’t always have obvious signs like upset stomach, nausea, or diarrhea.

Gut health is linked to your mood, sleep quality, energy level, and resistance to illness and inflammation. Oh yeah, and if you’re struggling to lose weight, poor gut flora could be responsible.

Leaky gut is another problem we can encounter. Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, and irritable bowel syndrome are just a few conditions linked to leaky gut. It’s certainly nothing you want to mess with.

So what can you do to improve your gut health?

The Missing Link to Your Gut Health

Research convinced me of the importance of gut health, and I wanted to figure out how to heal and prevent problems.

In doing so, it was important to me to avoid the sugar and gluten that can cause or exacerbate many gut issues.

CoBionic Foundation is a supplement that fits the bill. It’s a convenient powder you mix into protein shakes or smoothies that is suitable for a ketogenic diet.

The mixed berry flavor works perfectly in this Keto raspberry avocado smoothie, as well as many others.

The CoBionic Foundation you add to this smoothie recipe provides you with gut-healing ingredients such as inulin, psyllium seed husk powder, green banana flour, glucomannan, acacia gum, L-glutamine, and more.

Yes, But What Is CoBionic Foundation Exactly?

The ingredients in CoBionic Foundation act as a complete prebiotic, which feeds the good bacteria in your gut.

It acts differently than a probiotic, which supplies living microorganisms to boost health. Taking probiotics is a great idea, and prebiotics help your probiotics to work better.

Beyond This Smoothie

Purchasing CoBionic Foundation for this smoothie may seem like a commitment, but it’s not.

There’s a 60-day money back guarantee if you’re not feeling it. That’s only fair. After all, you may not see a difference after one or two servings.

So try it out for two months and see how you feel. This is your risk-free opportunity to see if gut issues may have been preventing you from feeling as good as you should.
