The next time you crave something sweet, reach for this recipe collection. Any one of these delish puddings will make an indulging dessert, and it might be hard to believe they are actually healthy.

We’ll get started with a section of mouthwatering Keto chocolate pudding recipes. When it comes to chocolate, I always go for as dark as possible (preferably 80-90%). If you find the flavor too bitter, you can try 70% or add a bit of your favorite Keto sweetener.

You’ll find traditional flavors, as well as surprising ones…I bet you wouldn’t have thought of adding cayenne pepper in your chocolate pudding! It’s a flavor combination that is sure to please your palate.

There are various vanilla puddings on the list, also. Use vanilla extract if that’s what you have at hand, but I find using real vanilla beans gives me the tastiest result.

My favorite pudding recipes are the ones using chia seeds. These tiny seeds are packed with nutrients; iron and calcium, Omega-3 acids and antioxidants. Chia seeds are also a great source of fiber, which makes them great for anyone on a Keto diet. I also love the texture, although for some it may take a while to get used to.
