Description
A basic Keto pie crust for all your favorite pies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (120 g) almond flour
- 1/4 cup (28 g) flax meal
- 1/4 cup (28 g) coconut flour
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Mix together all the ingredients to form a dough. Add additional water if needed to form the dough.
- To make 4 small pie crusts, divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each out into a flat circle. Then press each into a greased small pie or tart pans.
- If you’re using this recipe to create one large pie, then don’t divide the dough, and instead, roll the dough into a larger flat piece and place into a 9-inch pie tin.
- Bake for 10-12 min until slightly browned.
