Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package pepperoni, thin sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).
- Place a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet and lay each pepperoni slice on the parchment paper so they don’t overlap.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until they’re crispy (they’ll get crispier as they cool).
- Lay a few layers of paper towels on a plate and place the baked pepperoni chips on top to soak up some of the excess fat.
- Enjoy with Keto guacamole or Keto hummus.
